DAY PTO MINI-GRANT PROGRAM 2023-'24
Please use this form to submit information related to the PTO Mini-Grants Program at Day Middle School. Limited PTO funds are made available to support faculty and staff efforts to enhance student learning and experience. Grant awards are rolling until budget is depleted – after review and approval by the board and administration, we aim to have results and funds in motion three weeks after submission. Final request date is 5/10/24.

Please remember that this fund is administered by working parents volunteering to run the PTO, and the funds are from a finite amount of donated dollars. Therefore, please be both creative in your sourcing and patient on a response.
