2025-26 S51 Season Selection Committee Application Form
If you are interested in joining the committee that will recommend a season to the PHP board, please fill out this form.  The Season Selection Committee will be active through the end of of the year.  We encourage all who are interested to apply; slots are limited, however, and not all applicants may be selected.  In order to serve on the committee, you must be a current member of the Pumphouse Players.  

Please make your answers to the following questions as clear, complete, and accurate as possible.  The final day to apply to join the committee is March 15, 2024. If you have any questions, please email them to info@pumphouseplayers.com.

Are you open to being considered for the Committee Chair position? This position reviews the submissions for any disqualifying factors, schedules and leads meetings, and makes the official recommendation to the Board.
