Please indicate on your payment Craft Fair and your Booth name.
Your application is not complete and will not be juried until we have received your application and booth fee. Application fees are nonrefundable. Booth or parking fees will be refunded if your application is not accepted.
CRAFT SHOW REQUIREMENTS: Work submitted and sold must be the original work of the entrant. Commercial and manufactured items will not be allowed, and the Ithaca Festival reserves the right to have you remove unacceptable merchandise from the display area. Each craft vendor will handle their own sales. Collecting and reporting of sales tax is each craft vendor's responsibility. A copy of your tax certificate is required by the City of Ithaca to be displayed in your booth while the Ithaca Festival is open to the public.
Booth Fees Vary - See section below.
GENERAL LOAD IN/OUT: Set-up time is from 7AM - 10AM each day. The Craft Show will take place on a paved city street. Tent weights are required and stakes may not be used (we suggest cinder blocks or 5 gallon water jugs). All craft vendors must provide their own 10x10 tent (or a 10x20 or 2 10x10 tents if you are in a double space). There is no electricity in the Craft area. No awnings are allowed on tents because they may interfere with the fire lane.
Vehicles must be removed immediately after unloading; vehicles are not permitted on the Craft Show blocks after 9AM each day. If you plan on arriving after 9AM, vehicles will not be permitted and you will need to use a hand truck to move your items into the Craft Show. After you unload your vehicle, please remove your car from the Craft Show area, park, and then come back to set up your booth. Vehicles must be removed promptly after unloading or it will create a traffic jam. Ithaca Festival staff will be on site to assist with traffic flow. Your booth space number will be written on tape on the curb at your space; please stay within your designated space and observe all fire lane markings.
Detailed load in/out instructions will be sent out after confirmation and location assignments are sent out. Please note that applications do not guarantee a space, you must receive confirmation.
PARKING: Vendors can park in the Cayuga Street Parking Garage (across from the Hotel Ithaca), or in the Seneca St. Garage. Metered street parking is also available. Most parking is paid on street or in garage on Friday, Saturday and Sunday street parking is free but in high demand, and garage fees vary. If you cannot fit in a parking garage (7-foot clearance, no trailers), you must email ahead of time so that we can suggest alternate parking sites. Standard On-Street Parking is $1.50/hour on Friday and free on Saturday and Sunday (payable at the pay machines).
***If you require special arrangements for parking, there will be an opportunity to say that in this application. Please note that this requires advanced notice and there are fees associated with this arrangement.***
