For your convenience, this welcome package contains a surplus of information regarding our amenities, important contact information, and a set of the Association’s House Rules; this material is designed to enhance your experience at The Ridge House Condominiums as well as embrace harmonious living among our residents.
In case you have not registered with us, please take a moment to fill out the registration form on the next page of this package and bring it to our office at you earliest convenience. If you are a new tenant, make sure to include your new lease agreement with it. If you are a new owner, please send a copy of your HUD-1 or closing statement along with your registration form.

Should you have any unanswered questions after reviewing your welcome packet, please do not hesitate to contact the Management office, or your landlord. The Management Office is located in the lobby level to the right of the elevators.
