It's Fall Y'all Craft Fair October 17th-20th, 2024
Thank you for your interest in our Fall Craft Fair. We ask that you fill out the application completely and submit it in a timely manner. Once your application is reviewed and approved, you will receive a vendor approval email and an invoice for the deposit. There is a NON refundable deposit ($100) due to secure your spot at that time.  After the deposit is received, you will be invoiced for the remainder amount.   ALL invoices MUST be paid IN FULL by the due date.  NO EXCEPTIONS (example you choose a 10x10 for $375- $100 deposit & $275 booth fee)

Hours:
Thursday - October 17th hours will be 9-6
Friday - October 18th hours will be 9-6
Saturday - October 19th hours will be 9-6
Sunday - October 20th hours will be 9-3

This is an Indoor event and will be open rain or shine.

You will be required to attend and be set up for the entire event. If you decide to close your booth early, you will not be accepted to future events.

Set Up will be the day before the event, Wednesday October 16th from 12pm-8pm. You must set up during this time unless other arrangements are made. 

Booth sharing is not allowed 

Food Trucks/Vendors-  You will need to provide your own equipment and licensing. You must contact the Arkansas Heath Department at least 2 weeks prior to the event date. 

Please be advised that all Vendors using electricity will need to provide their own equipment (power strip , extension cord, etc).  Vendors are also responsible for their booth set up, table, chairs, and any other equipment needed during the event. Canopy tents with NO top or sides will be allowed.

Both Buildings are concrete floors

All deposits and booth fees are NON REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
