Please fill out this survey so we can get a preliminary count on students who would like to participate in a new after school program (name yet to be determined).  The purpose of the program would be to not only offer additional math and reading support to our students, but also allow time for social and emotional learning and physical activity!  We would also be providing transportation and a snack at no cost to the family.  Our current plan is to have this after school activity offered two days a week (Tuesday and Thursday) after winter break and have it run until early spring.  This program would be run by Pleasant Valley teachers along with students from ESU.

In order for us to plan, we need to know how many families would be interested so we can establish transportation and staffing.

In addition to our proposed after school program, we are also exploring the possibility of offering an evening session for families to help better understand how you can support your student at home academically!
