Vendor Fee: $40.00
Non-Profit/Student Groups: No-Fee
Set-Up Time: 7:30 AM to 8:30 AM
Break Down Time: 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM
VENDOR’S EVENT GUIDELINES AND POLICIES
Space Assignment: Spaces will be assigned by the committee. You will be directed to your space upon arrival. **Spaces may be shared at no additional fee. MUST BE clearly stated on submission form.**
Products/Services: To ensure a variety of products, we will have a limited amount of spaces for each category. We allow 1 vendor per direct sales product.
Items for Sale: Please note we are holding our vendors responsible for respecting each other’s artistry/products/services. We ask that you only display what you have been contracted to sell.
Raffle Item: The committee asks every vendor to donate an item for our raffle. Donation items can be brought the day of the Walk for Westport.
Sales Tax: All vendors are responsible for adhering to sale regulations and for payment of Massachusetts sales tax.
Non-Compliance: Any vendor found in violation of the Event Guidelines and Policies will be asked to make immediate adjustments. If this is not done, the vendor may be asked to leave without a refund and may be barred from future events at the discretion of the committee.
Cancellation Policy: In the event of your cancellation, kindly give us a minimum of 1 week notice. If you cancel your space after October 21st 2023, refunds will be given only if we find an acceptable replacement.
The 2023 Walk/Run for Westport is being promoted in local newspapers, social media, print media, Racewire, posters at local establishments, and through flyers sent home with Westport Community School Students.
