A. Use of Artwork

I hereby authorize Princeton University, and its School of Architecture, to scan, reproduce, transmit and/or otherwise display my Artwork on a royalty-free basis (i) as slides and/or digital images that become a permanent part of the School of Architecture Archive  (ii) in University publications including but not limited to the School of Architecture’s student workbook and brochures (iii) electronically for on-screen viewing on the School of Architecture's department website at http://soa.princeton.edu and social media accounts, and (iv) as permanently archived material on CD-ROM or other University storage devices.

I warrant that the image or Artwork is entirely owned by myself.
I recognize that any display of my Artwork may be accompanied by a brief description of the Artwork that I have submitted (such description may be edited by the University in the event that space is limited.)
I recognize that Princeton University and the School of Architecture reserve the right to edit, crop or layer images for layout purposes in University publications including but not limited to the School of Architecture's student workbook, brochures and the School of Architecture's web-site.

B. Agreement to Release and Hold Harmless

I agree to release and hold harmless Princeton University and its Trustees, employees, agents and/or representatives from any and all direct, indirect, special or consequential damages or costs, legal or otherwise, which I may incur as a result of the display of my Artwork or Dissertation Abstract by Princeton University and the School of Architecture.

In submitting this release, I acknowledge and represent that I have read the foregoing and understand it; no representations apart from the foregoing written agreement have been made; and I execute this Release/Agreement for adequate consideration fully intending to be bound by the same.
