Nominations for the 2022-2023 CERLAC Student Caucus Executive are now open.

To be eligible you must be a York University Master's or PhD student who is actively involved with CERLAC.

You may only nominate yourself for ONE executive officer position. Nominations will be evaluated for eligibility by the current CERLAC Student Caucus Co-Chair and compiled for elections.

Available Executive Officer Positions:

1. CO-CHAIRS (2 POSITIONS)
- organize and oversee meetings
- communicate with other officers
- coordinate officers and volunteers in special tasks
- plan and coordinate the logistics of special events

2. PUBLIC RELATIONS COORDINATOR (1 POSITION)
- creates promotional materials
- maintains and updates the CERLAC Student Caucus website
- promotes events via email and social media accounts

3. INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS COORDINATOR (1 POSITION)
- records and archives the minutes of all meetings
- distributes minutes to the membership
- keeps all records and lists updated

4. STUDENT ENGAGEMENT COORDINATOR (1 POSITION)
- plans and coordinates the social activities of the CERLAC Student Caucus
