Who We Are

Safe Passage Project is a highly-focused nonprofit immigration legal services organization that provides free lawyers to refugee and immigrant children in the NYC-area who face deportation back to life-threatening situations, despite their strong legal claim to stay in the US.

What We Do

We stand up for children by standing with them in immigration court. The government does not provide them with legal counsel, so we do — and we win over 90% of our cases
