To forge a space to reflect, share, exchange and offer tools to navigate participants' various sectors as it relates to combating antiblackness and leading with humanity in racialized societies and specifically in their labor industries. The guidance and coaching shared will be tailored for your respective industries. 
It is an open space for participants to share their experiences, bring questions and queries on subjects and topics they do not feel equipped or supported enough to challenge on their own and guidance in following through and being accountable to yourself and commitments.
