2021 Trans Resistance March & Vigil Planning Committee
Trans Resistance was formed in June 2020 by Athena Vaughn, Chastity Bowick, and a collective of trans and queer activists in the Boston area who built upon years of contention with the Boston Pride board for being trans-exclusionary in their process, vision, and work and failing to equitably represent the magical TQBIPOC community in Boston.

We are a trans and community led organization who plans and organizes the annual Trans Resistance rally at Franklin Park. Throughout the year we create spaces, events and experiences that uplift the TQBIPOC community. We will work in collaboration with other social justice networks in order to address the pressing, urgent, and emergent needs of marginalized communities across Massachusetts.

We are currently searching for volunteers to join our Planning Committee and help us plan the 2nd Annual Trans Resistance March on June 12, 2021 at Franklin Park. All are welcome!!
