Funds will be deposited in the months leading up to the event so that expenses can be covered from those funds.

Funds will be deposited on the day of the event to cover expenses accrued up to that point and ones that may occur during the event timeframe.

Funds will be deposited after a reimbursement form has been submitted and approved by our organization.

We will not be compensating or reimbursing you for expenses of any kind and expect you'll pay for your transportation, meals, and accommodations out of your own pocket.

Is this a compensated appearance? *

Yes. A cash honorarium will be paid.

Yes. A form of in-kind compensation will be provided (free vendor table, advertising, curriculum inclusion, referrals, etc.).

No. We're requesting that the desired work be performed for free.

No. We're requesting that we be paid for this collaboration.
