Meeting Place Organic Farm 2019 Order Form
Thank you for your interest in our family farm's offerings. If you haven't already - learn more about us: www.meetingplaceorganicfarm.ca, email: meetingplaceorganicfarm@gmail.com or call: 519.528.2493 to talk to the farmers.

All of our meat is fresh frozen unless by special arrangement. Quantity (whole, half, quarter) red meat prices are on hanging carcass weight (HCW)* basis and include cutting and freezing. Use our standard cutting instructions or give us custom cutting instructions. Limited freezer space? Get our 20lb (actual weight) mixed cuts packages. Up to 3 of them will fit in your average fridge freezer.

Attention NEW customers - the way our system works is that you put your order in (the sooner the better), and then when the animals are ready to be butchered, we let you know - confirming your cutting instructions and the delivery date. This means that sometimes it can take months between your order and when your meat is ready. Happy to explain this over the phone if that would be helpful (519.528.2493).

Please contact us with questions about ordering. Once you've received your order, if there is an issue with an item, we will make arrangements to replace or refund it.

Arrange to come pick-up your food and visit the farm, or pay ($35+HST) for delivery.

Please order promptly, we have limited quantities and regularly sell out.

*HCW: Hanging weight or carcass weight is the weight of the animal after it has been dressed, i.e., after the initial slaughtering and processing. Different processors may define this term differently. One may use the weight after the head, hide, offal (discarded internal parts), lower shank bones and internal organs are removed; another may include the head, the internal organs or both. The hanging weight is usually about 40% of the live weight.  So, a 1000 lb animal would have a hanging weight of 600 lbs (estimated).  (A half would then be 300 lbs, and a 1/4 would be 150 lbs).  This is the weight we base our per lb charges on.
