Any and all students or guests attending the City High School Prom must abide by the following procedures and expectations:

Guest must not be older than 20 years old on the date of the event.
All students are responsible for your behavior and demeanor as well as that of your guest.
Guests must enter and leave the event with the City High student sponsoring them.
Once you leave the event, you must leave the premises for the evening. This applies to students and their guests.

City High's Activities are a drug and alcohol-free event. It is our endeavor to provide a safe environment. Any student or guest found in violation will be subject to the disciplinary process of the school or the police if deemed necessary by chaperones and Whistle Stop Staff.

All City High School behavior expectations apply at this event. We are guests in this incredible space. You agree to treat all chaperones providing a service to your party time with the utmost respect.

By submitting this form, you agree to all expectations stated above and understand that if at any time a staff member deems your behavior inappropriate you may be asked to leave and emergency contacts may be called.
