Exhibitor fee of $300 includes 1 table, one chair, and one complimentary lunch.  
Contracts are complete upon receipt of application, approval from the committee,  and check payable to MANSEF- PO BOX 6815 Baltimore, MD 21285.  No credit cards accepted.  

Space is limited and is assigned at MANSEF's discretion, taking into consideration the exhibitor's electrical needs, order of receipt of vendor application, and room configuration.  If you have any questions, please call Dorie Flynn at MANSEF 410.938.4413 or email at mansef@aol.com.  Continue to the 2nd section of the electronic application for terms.

Display Rules and Regulations

 
Display Rules and Regulations:
 
a.  A single exhibit may be occupied by only one (1) organization or agency.  
b.  All displays, demonstrations, sales activities, etc., must be contained within the reserved space and may not impede traffic through the aisles.  No tape may be used on the walls.
c.  MANSEF reserves the right to restrict any exhibit that becomes objectionable, due to noise, method of operation, materials or for any other reason.  MANSEF also reserves the right to prohibit any exhibit that, in the opinion of management, may detract from the general character of the exhibits as a whole. In this circumstance, MANSEF is not liable for any refund.
d.  Exhibits involving the distribution of food items must have prior approval.  Contact MANSEF for details.
 


Exhibit Hours and Setup
 
Exhibit hours will be from 8:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. on Friday, May 1, 2020 at the New Psalmist Retreat and Meeting Center. The New Psalmist will be open at 6:30 a.m. on the day of the conference for set up. Exhibits are required to remain open until 3:00 p.m. as we will be holding a raffle.  Conference attendees will be coming back through the building at the end of their last workshop and participate in a raffle.  Please note that all exhibitors are required to bring whatever equipment necessary to get their display materials from the main entrance to the exhibit area.  Neither MANSEF nor the New Psalmist provides equipment or employees to assist with this process.
 

Insurance/Liability
 
During the exhibit hours, the exhibitor's representative will be responsible for the security of the exhibit. Exhibitors wishing to insure their goods must do so at their own expense. The exhibitor assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages and claims arising out of damage to or injury sustained on the premises of the conference, and shall indemnify and hold MANSEF harmless from any and all such injury, losses or damages.  
 

Cancellations and Refunds:  
 
Should it become necessary to cancel the reservation, your rental fee will be refunded to you in total if a written request is received at the MANSEF office on or before April 15, 2020. No refunds will be granted after April 15, 2020 for any reason as room specs will have been given to the New Psalmist.
 

Cancellation of the Conference:
 
The maximum extent of MANSEF's liability, in the event of cancellation of the conference for any reason, will be repayment of the exhibitor fees. This shall constitute a release from any and all obligations or liability for damages to the exhibitor.
