Thank you for your interest in The Women of Color Coalition's upcoming event: Fireside Chats. Register to get the location.
The event is on Wednesday, October 6th at 12 pm. Students, staff, faculty, & alum are welcome!
During the Great Depression, President Roosevelt hosted a series of radio addresses to unify the nation by assuaging the fears and concerns of the American people. During law school, women of color and non-binary people of color can often experience marginalization and feel isolated.
The Women of Color Coalition is hosting a discussion group for WCL’s students, staff, and faculty to address concerns about experiences of marginalization and microaggressions on campus and in the legal community. This forum will provide an honest, vulnerable, and safe space to unpack these experiences. Through this community discussion, we hope to build a community of care for our members.
*This event is geared towards WCL's students, staff, faculty, and alum who identify as a nonbinary person of color or woman of color.*
