Thank you for expressing interest in volunteering with MWEG! It takes all kinds of women with varying skills to run a nonprofit like MWEG. Current volunteers are authors, scientists, attorneys, piano teachers, college students, stay-at-home moms, and more. There is a place for everyone's talents and a need for all kinds of help.
Volunteers must be registered members of MWEG. You can join MWEG through our
website.
Once you've selected your membership level, it will direct you to MWEG Central to register for your account. After you've registered, please take the time to watch the three welcome videos found in the section titled "Start Here." They are labeled as #1, #2, and #3. You can also download the MWEG app in the App Store or Google Play.

This form will help us find a place where your specific skillset can shine. Please be comprehensive with your answers. Once you've submitted this form, someone will email you (typically within 48 hours) to begin the placement process. If you do not see an email, please check your spam folder, as some MWEG emails get filtered. We look forward to working with you!

MWEG works to ensure volunteers are trained, supervised, and supported so they can be successful and productive in their work. MWEG also aims to ensure the relationship is beneficial to both the volunteer and organization. MWEG volunteers will go through an informal interview process and are required to participate in up to two hours of initial orientation and training. It is expected that volunteers will maintain consistent communication with their volunteer supervisor about their ability to volunteer on a regular basis. Volunteers volunteer under the discretion of MWEG's executive directors. No volunteer position is guaranteed.
