I understand that my dancers MUST attend Dress Rehearsal in order to perform and that this serves as notice that the Dress Rehearsal for “The Book of Daniel" is Friday, May 10 from 4:00-5:30pm at Mattie Kelly Arts Center.

I agree to read through the information packet BEFORE the week of the show so that I will know what my dancer needs to have backstage and WHERE my dancer will be signed-in and released back to me at the performance.

I understand that a modesty leotard is required backstage for all dancers that have a costume change to wear during costume changes.

I understand that parents are not allowed backstage during Dress Rehearsal and the Performance and that my child will be released back to me on the left side of the theater (orchestra left) after the last dance that they perform in on those days.
