*Nutrition Points
1 points based on how well you believe you reached your their nutritional goals that week. Maximum of 4 points/wk

*Mental & Spiritual Points
Well-being: Participants will receive one point for each day they engage in a chosen mental or spiritual practice, up to a maximum of 7 point/wk. Current studies suggest 10-20 minutes of meditation/mindfulness per day leads to a significant improvement in health. This could include meditating, journaling, praying, or otherwise intentionally dedicating time to slow down and reflect.

*Synergy Points:
Incorporating multiple wellness practices into one's daily routine is an important aspect of this fitness challenge. As a result, engagement in multiple categories each week will reward the participant with additional points in the following manner:
     1. Add 1 point per week if the participant has 2 or more points in two wellness categories
     2. Add 2 points per week if the participant has 2 or more points in all three categories
