JJHS 2023 Summer School Form                                                                              Location:  Jackson Jr. High High School Dates:  May 31 - June 22 (8:00 am-Noon)
Please fill out the following form to enroll in summer school courses for incoming 7th & 8th graders. Rank your top 4 class choices: 1 being your top priority.  Students will be enrolled on a first come first serve basis, based on availability.  An email confirmation will be sent following the student's enrollment. Students enrolling in PE classes will only take that class. All other classes will be taught in 2 hour blocks (8-10 & 10-noon). Please choose either In Person classes or Virtual Classes (no combinations). Please fill out this form by April 6th.
