We are so happy you can join us for the 35th Annual Artrageous Kids Art Festival at Dowdy Park in Nags Head. This year's Artrageous theme is "Creativity StARTs Here!"

Please describe below the type of kid art activity booth you plan to host at the event and any requirements that might be necessary. Please note that access to water and electricity is limited, so indicate your need for this only if it is essential. 

There is no fee for hosting an art activity booth, but space is limited.  The application deadline is Friday, April 12th.  Email us (kidsartobx@gmail.com) or call Dare Arts with any questions at (252) 473-5558. Thank you for your participation and support!

Please read all Event Information and Guidelines below carefully:

Kid Art Activity Booths:
- 10’x10’ spaces will be available. You will be given a layout prior to the event, with your assigned space.
- We ask that you try to bring all of your own supplies including a tent, tables, chairs, and art supplies for approximately 150-200 kid projects.
- Depending on activity requirements, some activity booths will be located under the pavilion. The committee will select which activity booths will be located there according to the needs of the activity, such as access to water or electricity.
- If possible, you are asked to provide your own tent, weights, and equipment and it must be strong enough to withstand wind and crowds **Please note that Dowdy Park does not allow anything to be dug into the ground, such as tent spikes**
- You are responsible for your own property during the event.

Set-Up/Tear-Down:
- You may set up your space beginning at 7:30 am on May 11 and must remain fully available to attendees from 10:00 am until the close of the event at 2:00 pm.
- Once you have unloaded your vehicle, that vehicle must be moved to the authorized parking area at Nags Head Elementary School. There will be a designated unloading/loading area. If you have an official state issued handicap license and would like to request special parking privileges, please make this known in your application.

Guidelines & Information:
- Dare Arts will assign booth spaces and booth spaces will be numbered. All space assignments are final.
- Use of space is restricted to the applicant/organization whose name appears on the registration form. Subletting, selling or giving space to anyone is not allowed. Any breach of this rule forfeits the rights of the applicant/organization.

Registration is a commitment to participate in the 35th Annual Artrageous Art Festival. I acknowledge that I have read the application, and I agree to abide by these rules established by Dare Arts. I further acknowledge that neither Dare Arts, nor any of their agents, will be responsible for any injury that may arise to exhibitors or guests, nor for loss or damage to any property for any cause whatsoever during the festival.
