The Langara Esports is looking to expand the exec team for 2022/23 and we would love to work with you!

We have many roles that you can apply for ranging from game specific head execs to competitive team management, event planning and more!

                                                                   Head Position(s) + Descriptions:

Head(s) of Fundraising: will be in charge of planning fundraising events for the club and will be in active communication with the treasurer(s) to ensure all fundraising is being done properly.

Head(s) of the Treasury: will be in charge of keeping track of the club expenses. They will be first contact for any monetary withdrawals/deposits into the club’s money folder with the school. They will overview all fundraising efforts to ensure they are being executed within the rules of Langara’s policies.
The head(s) of the treasury can also be a part of fundraising.

The head(s) of Events: will lead the creation, planning, and execution of general/game specific events throughout the year with the assistance of the heads of each game.
They will be encouraged to plan at least 1 general event per semester.

The head(s) of Competitive Team Management: will be first contact for any competitive esports related information or opportunities. There should be one contact per game.
Head execs can also be the team managers.

The head Game Exec(s): will be in charge of communicating with fundraising, event planning, and team managers for game events. They will be first contact for any game specific questions/trouble shooting from general members.

                                                                                    Extended Positions

Graphic Designer(s): will occasionally make graphics for the club related activities such as buttons, jerseys, logos, posters, etc..

Social Media Manager(s): will manage all social media accounts related to the club such as Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook. Ideally they would attend most general events and live tweet/story the event while taking photos. They will also be in close contact with graphic design in regard to Instagram and Twitter graphics.

General Executive(s): will assist the head(s) of events and fundraising in a variety of ways throughout the semester. These duties range from brain storming and advertising events to helping with set up & take down at said events.
