Submit this form if you will be missing ANY choir event obligation, (example but not limited to):

    ● Rehearsal
    ● Voice Lesson
    ● Performance (concert, voice recital, etc)
    ● Audition (TMEA, Region 31 Solo & Ensemble)
    ● Meeting (officer meetings, etc)
    ● Any other choir related event obligation

Coppell Choir Policy:
    ● Submit your conflict as soon as you are aware. Conflicts must be submitted BEFORE 72 hours of event. Conflicts submitted within 72 hours of event will NOT be approved unless it is due to an emergency. Alternative assignments will be assigned to replace attendance grade.
    ● Submission of this form does not guarantee approval.  
    ● Directors have final say on conflict approval

Voice Lesson Policy:
    ● Students must give notice of at least 24 hours in advance if they are going to miss a lesson.
    ● Excused absences will be made up or credited. These consist of, but are not limited to, school-sponsored trips, sickness (with proper notice), in-school testing, school change of schedule, or the choir director’s discretion. One makeup lesson per semester will be given.
    ● Unexcused absences will not be made up or credited. These consist of, but are not limited to: forgetting a lesson, un-notified absence(s), and/or choosing to do a different activity. Choir Directors and Voice Instructors have final say on what is unexcused.
