Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at Abbey Farms 'Christmas in July Craft Show'.  Please complete this form in its entirety.  This is a juried event, so please give a detailed description of the items you will bring to the show on this form.  This form does not guarantee entry into the Craft Show.  All accepted vendors will have to pay the respective fee associated with their chosen space. 

Please be aware that chosen vendors are responsible for their own booth setups, e.g., tables chairs, tents, displays, etc.

Warning - Potential Scammers: If you notice people commenting on our event page claiming to be looking for vendors, please do not respond. The only correspondence will come directly from Abbey Farms. We will notify you directly from an Abbey Farms email account with the link to the payment site.

General Information and Conditions:

There are a limited number of vendor spaces available. -All applications will be reviewed and considered. -The selection process will be conducted by Abbey Farms in order to provide variety and quality to customers. Abbey Farms reserves the right to reject any application. -Covered spaces, spaces with electricity are first come, first serve. Covered spaces are not climate controlled. -Vendors are responsible for keeping their area clean and organized including collection and removal of their own trash.  Abbey Farms is not responsible for any lost or stolen items during event hours, or before/after event hours. -Vendors are responsible for liability insurance and compliance with any and all laws and requirements of the State of Illinois, Kane County and the City of Aurora. -All vendors shall exhibit professional behavior at all times.
