UD OLLI Spring 2024 Refer-a-Friend Form

Thank you for registering for the UD OLLI spring semester. Current OLLI members who refer a friend for spring 2024 membership are eligible to receive a $15 membership discount for the fall 2024 semester. The referral must join and maintain membership for the duration of the spring 2024 semester and never been a member at UD OLLI. Only one refer-a-friend discount can be provided per referring member, regardless of the number of new members referred.

The discount will be provided to the referring member in the form of a discount code at the end of the spring 2024 semester to use upon registration for the fall 2024 semester.

This form is to be completed by the referring member, and details within will be confirmed by OLLI staff.
