The Group is aimed at people who are interested in learning about themselves and their families in a very supportive setting. This group will offer personal development and support through groupwork, self-reflection and family constellations.  It is designed to help people manage difficulties they may be experiencing in their day to day lives.
Starting Saturday 13th February, and then on Wednesday evenings.
