The BTC K-3 Literacy Teacher Fellowship is a paid two-year professional development program focused on literacy theory, effective instructional practices, and BTC’s Black Liberatory Pedagogy. We welcome applications from teams of two or three teachers from a school or district who can commit to deepening their literacy pedagogical skills and Black liberatory pedagogy.
