Peregrine Endurance Sports 2020 Application
Thank you for your interest in working with Peregrine Endurance Sports on your endurance quest. Peregrine Endurance Sports offers a holistic, individualized approach which includes skill development and analysis, strength and endurance training, mental preparation, nutrition recommendations, race planning, and more!

We are currently accepting 10 endurance athletes for the 2020 training and racing season.

Applications are due 31 October, 2019. After submitting your application, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours (if you do not receive a confirmation, please send an email to kelly@peregrineendurancesports.com). Near the end of October, we will announce our team and schedule your video or phone consultation. 1 November, coaching will begin! Please note, if you are interested in starting your training prior to the application period, or have other coaching questions, please send an email to kelly@peregrineendurancesports.com

- EXTREME TRIATHLETE (accepting up to 3 triathletes and their support crew):
A successful extreme triathlon race requires you and your support team are prepared physically, mentally, with proper gear and seamless logistics. Peregrine Endurance Sports works closely with you AND your primary support member to ensure you arrive at your race confident and prepared. Please note, if you are an extreme triathlete who does not need coaching for your support crew (ie. you have hired a local runner to provide support), or have more than one successful xtri finish, you can apply for performance endurance training.

- PERFORMANCE ENDURANCE TRAINING (accepting up to 7 triathletes, cyclists, or endurance runners):
Athletic goals, training and racing experience level, time available for training, and life responsibilities are unique to every athlete.  Peregrine Endurance Sports prepares you, the triathlete, cyclist, or endurance runner, to perform at your best and thrive when faced with race day challenges.

New for 2020, we are excited to offer endurance training during pregnancy and postpartum, and for athletes not interested in one-on-one coaching: consultations, and video analysis. An application is not necessary for these services. Please send an email to kelly@peregrineendurancesports.com

- ENDURANCE TRAINING DURING PREGNANCY AND POSTPARTUM:
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommend that women who are pregnant get at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic activity every week. Learn about pregnancy related changes occurring in your body, exercise precautions, safe exercises techniques/strategies, and warning signs that you may need to stop exercising and see your physician. If you are interested in working with us during your pregnancy or postpartum periods, please send an email to kelly@peregrineendurancesports.com
