The APS Indian Education Program is offering GradPoint online this Fall from September 21 through December 3rd. To qualify, a student must be a current APS high school student, have a 506 Form and / or a Certificate of Indian Blood on file with the Indian Education Department. Priority is given to students entering 12th grade in the fall of 2020.
The program is free, has no fees and will run two days a week in two sessions from 3:00 pm to 5:30 pm on both days. Students may choose from either a Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday session. Students will be assigned to a GradPoint teacher and must check in promptly at 3:00 pm on session days with their GradPoint teacher at the beginning of each session. Students are expected to actively work on their selected course for the entirety of each session until the course is completed.
Once you have completed the registration form, the application will be forwarded to the school counselor to determine course placement. Courses offered through GradPoint are as follows:
