Student Account Funds Request
This form is used to apply your student account funds to:
  • MSHSAA Fees
  • Marching Band Fees (paid through PowerSchool)
  • Color Guard Fees (collected by Coach Bishop)
  • Marching Band Meal Plan
You do NOT need to complete a paper request form.  You will receive an email confirmation of this request form.  Please contact the treasurer if you do not receive a confirmation.  The directors will also receive notification of this transaction for their records.

Before filling out the form, please check your balance in booee.
