2021 SAILING Champions League - Qualifier 1: Entry Form
Use this form to request a confirmed entry to the 2021 SAILING Champions League: Asia Pacific - Qualifier 1 to be hosted at Mornington Yacht Club from 6/7th February 2021.

Entries are limited to teams from WA/SA/TAS & VIC and participating clubs will need to be members of the National Sailing League - Oceania.  Member clubs can enter more than one team.

Each team consists of 4 team members with 2 crew being male and 2 female. U22 (youth) teams may have one additional crew member (male or female) in addition, thus they are able to compete with either 4 or 5 crew members.

There are no age limits except that crews must be over 13.

If entering more than one team, please submit multiple entry forms (one for each team)

Payment of $1200 entry fee can be made by either of the following options.  Please note that the payment for the $2000 security / damage deposit can be made on the day of racing by the skippers credit card and will be refunded automatically in 7 days in the event of no damage.
A copy of your responses will be emailed to the address you provided.
