Iron Kids 2024 Summer Camp Registration - Parowan
PLEASE READ THIS INFORMATION BEFORE SUBMITTING THE FORM

Participant Ages: The program is open to Kindergarten, children who turned 5 before January 1, 2024, through 7th grade children, measured by the grade they will be in the fall. Children must be fully potty trained to participate in the program.

Non-Refundable Registration Fee: $25 per child
Tuition: $145 per week per child
Please note that tuition for week 1 is $116 and week 6 is $87 because of Memorial Day and Independence Day.

Late Pick-Ups: Pick-up is promptly at 5:00 PM. There is a 5 minute grace period until 5:05 PM. After 5:05 a late fee of $1 per minute, per child will be accumulating. Payment for late pick-up fees are due before children can return to the program.

THERE ARE NO FREE OR REDUCED TUITION OPTIONS THIS YEAR.

Week Selection: You may choose the weeks you would like your child to attend. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYMENT OF EACH WEEK THAT YOUR CHILD IS SIGNED UP, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER THEY ATTEND OR NOT.

Available Assistance: 
1. State childcare assistance through Department of Workforce Services.
Please begin your DWS application now if you plan to use it for payment so your child is able to attend at the start of the program.
2. SUU assistance through the Non-Traditional Student Center

Tuition Payment Options: Weekly tuition is due on or before Monday of each week.
Payment may be made by: Debit/credit through our WEBSITE or Venmo (@ironkidsafterschool) if you pay through Venmo, please include your child's first and last name, the program name (Cedar) and the week you are paying for.

We do not accept payments through cash or check

You understand that all program staff are CPR/First Aid certified and you give program staff authority to act in your child's best interest, should any medical care become necessary. *
You give consent for Iron Kids to use photos and/or videos of your child on their social media and marketing tools (Facebook, Instagram, & www.ironkids.org) we will never include names of any children
