Vendors may purchase a 10x10ft space during the Cheerios Challenge races and the post-race festival for $25. Vendors may purchase multiple spaces if needed. The vendor fee is a donation to the Covington Y's WHY IT MATTERS Annual Campaign, which helps to make Y programs possible for all children and families, regardless of ability to pay. This fee may be paid via card over the phone or by card, cash, or check at the Y during regular business hours. If paying by card over the phone, please email

Event sponsors receive one free space, but still need to complete the registration form.
Registration must be completed by Wednesday, April 20th.
