READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE PROCEEDING: Please complete this form if you are interested in making a donation to purchase poinsettias to decorate the altar for Christmas. Once you are finished, you will be prompted to follow a link to a tithely page to make your actual donation. YOU MUST FOLLOW THIS LINK in order for your donation to be received. Once you have reached the tithely page, follow the instructions below:

1.) Enter the amount that you are committed to donating (whatever you entered in this form).

2.) For "Frequency," select a "One time" donation. Enter today's date as the "GIFT DATE." You may leave the "MEMO" line blank.

3.) Check the box below the "MEMO" line to setup automatic payment. A button will then appear at the bottom of the screen prompting you to "ADD PAYMENT INFO." Click this button and proceed to the next screen.

4.) Enter your payment info, and select that you would like to cover the processing fee. A button will then appear at the bottom of the screen prompting you to "ADD CONTACT INFO." Click this button and proceed to the next screen.

5.) Enter all of the required conact info, and click the button that appears at the bottom of the screen to pledge [$XX.XX] amount. Then you may close out of the tithely window.
