Laudato Si' and Care for Creation Activities - Jesuits West Province 2023-24

Father General is planning an extended consultation on the state of the 4th UPA, collaboration in the care of our common home.  In preparation for that gathering, they have asked us for a list of all ministries doing work on Laudato Si' and to send in the contact information of leaders of the work, for them to follow up with and gather some data.

We will use this form as our primary way to reporting back to Rome the work happening on the ground, and we would love to make sure as much good work is included as possible!

We need all response in by April 19th to have time to organize it and send it off to Rome by the end of the month.
