Milton GREEN UP 2023!
Welcome to the Milton GREEN UP Team Sign-Up for the Milton Town-wide clean up, taking place the weekend of April 29-30, 2023. A GREEN UP Team will consist of volunteers who will choose a 2 or 4 hour block to clean up a designated part of Milton at any point throughout the weekend. We know that the Spring is a busy time for families, so hopefully the flexibility will allow more teams and ages to participate! 

On this form you will tell us your GREEN UP Team name (if you have one, not required), how many people are in your team, designate a contact person, tell us where you will be cleaning up, and finally where to collect your special GREEN UP bags on Monday, May 1st! 

After your form is filled out, please stop by Milton DPW Yard, Mon - Fri 7:30am - 4pm) to pick up your special green-colored GREEN UP Bags which you will use for the clean up. 

We appreciate your time volunteering to beautify our town!
