(1) 25/300 to 50/300: This means you are not eligible for the CX certification you have selected. If the certification selected is CCEP or CCEPR, trying going a step lower to see if you are eligible.
(2) 75/300 to 100/300: Congratulations! This means you are eligible to sign up for the CX certification program you have applied for. Your next steps? Make payment to secure your slot as we begin a new cohort every quarter i.e. MARCH, JUNE, AUGUST & OCTOBER.
