Children's Festival of Saskatchewan Volunteer Sign-up 2024

Welcome to the Volunteer sign-up for the 2024 Children’s Festival of Saskatchewan! We appreciate you taking  some of your time to help us put on an amazing festival! Hundreds of volunteers work tirelessly to create the best possible experience for all the amazing children, educators and caregivers that come through our gates.

It is the policy of the Children’s Festival that all potential volunteers over the age of 18 must provide criminal record checks including a vulnerable sector check that is clear and recent within 2 years before they are allowed to volunteer at the event. Please use the forms linked here to have the fee waived for your Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search.

Please submit completed CRCs using this form (link also found on our website) or send completed forms to volunteers@childrensfestsk.ca by May 31, 2024.

If you are a youth volunteer, between the ages of 13 - 17 years of age by June 1, 2024, please have the Youth Volunteer Parental Consent Form filled out and returned to volunteers@childrensfestsk.ca by May 31, 2024.

The areas to help with are GameLand, KinderGarden, Lost and Found, the Hedge Maze, Green Team, Calming Corner Tent (previously known as Sensory Tent), Circus Arts, Crossing Guards and Set-up and Tear down crew. Please fill-out the following to be considered for the Volunteer Crew of the Children’s Festival of Saskatchewan:

Availability
Please indicate if you are available to volunteer before, during or after the festival. Each shift is either morning, afternoon or the Sunset Party Saturday night. Shifts are an average of 5 hours and will include snacks and a meal break.
