Use this form to nominate someone as a Parent Representative for the School-Based Decision Making (SBDM) Council at Wolfe County Middle School. Parent Representatives must be a parent or legal guardian of a WCMS student for the 2024-25 school year and cannot be an employee at WCMS in ANY capacity (teacher, coach, etc.). Nominations will be accepted through 4:00 PM on Friday, April 12th.
