Dear Parents and Guardians of St. Rose of Lima School,

It is that time of year again to begin the re-registration process for your child/children for the 2024-2025 school year. We are excited to have all of our current students return next year and also welcome new families to our community.

We expect to have the new tuition numbers by March so you will be asked to fill out your Financial Agreement Form at that time. Our full intention is to be very sensitive to the economy and the financial status of everyone. Our hope is to keep tuition very close to the current rate. Tuition provides at least 80% of the necessary income to provide for our programs and materials. The most important factor for setting tuition amounts is based on enrollment numbers.

Please complete the information below and submit your re-registration & fees before February 12, 2024. After February 12, 2024, there will be a late fee of $40 per student. As a special incentive for early registrations, we will enter all families who have fully paid their registrations by January 15, 2024 into a raffle for free registration fees and full family dress down days.

If there is an extenuating circumstance that prevents you from being able to pay your registration fees before February 12, 2024 please reach out to the school office.

FACTS Tuition Management will continue to be utilized for the collection of tuition throughout the school year. All current families are registered in FACTS and information will be transferred in the documents for the new school year. Please make any changes (credit card, expiration dates, payment plans, etc.) to your account by logging on to your FACTS account.

Tuition Assistance Aid will be processed through FACTS. Applications for Tuition Assistance will be reviewed once all the necessary paperwork has been received by FACTS. The Tuition Assistance Committee will award Tuition Assistance based on the recommendations from FACTS. Tuition Assistance letters will be mailed directly to families after the applications have been finalized.
