Workout Wednesdays 2024
The Baldwinsville Field Hockey Booster Club will be sponsoring Summer Fitness Room Sessions that will focus on building strength, agility and speed for the upcoming season.

Location: Baker High School Fitness Room / Track
For athletes grades 7-12
Dates: 7/3, 7/10, 7/17, 7/24, 8/7 (and 8/14)
Time: 9:00 - 10:00 am
Cost: $45

Come prepared each day with: athletic clothing, sneakers and water.
