In an effort to have a community conversation regarding the use/uses of the new berm pathway, we are asking for your suggestions and comments.  The original planned 4-foot wide pathway was later approved in the permitting process to be 10 to 12 feet wide.  The Whatcom County Bicycle- Pedestrian Advisory Committee is aware of our community effort and will assist us as we form a recommendation.  

The Birch Bay Chamber Task Force will help lead the discussion and work with the County on any ordinance needed.
