Leandra Creative Co. Photography Associate Shooter Application - 2023

Leandra Creative Co. Photography is looking for a few skilled photographers to add to their team as Associate Photographers. Please fill out the below form to the best of your ability if you wish to be considered for an Associate Photographer position. You must have a dual card slot in your camera(s) to apply. Two primary locations are NYC & NC. You must either live in these locations or be available for frequent travel for shoots and training. Those out of state are allowed to apply but travel for training is not compensated. Incomplete applications will not be considered. Pay starts at $150/hour and will may be adjusted based on experience and qualifications. We appreciate you!

Our Associate Photographers are expected to adopt the ethos, creativity, shooting and directing mindset of Leandra Creative Co during a wedding day. Leandra has a background in videography so shooting with cinematic intention is very important. We shoot candid and documentary style, with a priority on capturing the fleeting moments as they unfold. We aim to be a fly on the wall but also very present for support, direction and encouragement. Does this style resonate with you?

All Associate Photographers are required to embrace the standard communication style when working with clients. This is a partnership and we want to ensure that your talent, creativity and personality shines while still remaining on brand and in sync with Leandra's brand and personality. This includes, but is not limited to, always being respectful and professional with clients and their families/guests, not not being on your phone in front of clients and guests, and rarely if ever putting your cameras down throughout the day with the exception of your dinner break. Lots of magical moments unfold when we least expect it. Professional attire and grooming is required. All black or dark colors is the dress code for wedding days.
