GRANT REIMBURSEMENT POLICY

Grants are paid out after you attend the conference. All grants are paid in the form of reimbursement up to the maximum amount ($600.00) established by the San Diego County Service Center Council. ITEMIZED RECEIPTS MUST ACCOMPANY ALL REIMBURSEMENTS. Conferences attended in San Diego will be reimbursed up to the maximum amount of $300.00.

DO NOT WAIT TO REGISTER.

In order to secure conference and hotel reservations, applicants should register for the conference as soon as possible. If you are not selected for a grant, your registration can be cancelled or transferred to another participant. Register for the conference here:

SDCSCC Grants will cover the following:
*Registration fee
*Cost of room rate for a 1 King or 2 Queens room (plus tax and fees per night) for two nights lodging
*Saturday night meal (not provided by conference) - $90.00 max
*Mileage/Parking/Airfare/Travel Reimbursement

REIMBURSEMENT PROCEDURES
Checks for reimbursement will be approved after the following steps have been completed by grant recipients:

1. Grant recipient must attend/conclude the conference.

2. Grant recipient must complete and submit a Conference Reimbursement form accompanied by all receipts. Click here to access the Reimbursement form:

3. Grant recipient must complete the online San Diego Conference Evaluation form which can be accessed here: https://www.sdctascc.com/grants

4. Receipts and reimbursement forms must be submitted to the San Diego County Service Center no later than 30 days after the conclusion of the conference.
