We will also use this in part to start selecting teams for the u13, U14, u16 & u18 Nationals in Cape Town in December,
albeit participation to Intercity is not a prerequisite for PSI Nationals
neither vice versa. Teams of 6 or 7 players per team will be selected, so as to
give the maximum playing time to each player.
TOURNAMENT COSTS
The tournament will be a basic event and we are keeping the costs affordable as we are mindful that teams will have Nationals at the end of the year.

Selectors have to see players at least once - if both dates are unsuited, players can join any of the other sessions, just please notify Steven 0762724434 per WhatsApp and note it below. We will also evaluate during the games days.
VENUES & HOCKEY
PSI can accommodate a maximum of 16 teams per age group that would be spilt into an A and B section. Each section will be played at a separate venue. All matches will be played in a 30 min time slot.
The following venues have been booked:
BOYS - Cliffview Primary School (A Section) &
Woodlands College (B Section)
GIRLS – Fourways High School (A Section) &
Dainfern College (B Section)
Players will be required to pay R1300 fee for the tournament- this cost includes all trials, practices, games day, hall rentals, administration, coaches & managers remuneration as well as the tournament levy.
