2024 Northwest Pagan Fest Entertainment and workshop application
Welcome to the entertainment, Speaker, and Workshop application. Please read everything carefully as you apply, thank you! 

  • Event Date is September 21st, 10AM - 6PM
  • Applications are due by July 30th!
  • Please use this form to apply as an entertainer, speaker, lecturer or to lead a workshop!
ALL entertainers, lecturers, speakers and workshop leaders are non paid volunteer positions, we encourage you to collect tips and donations, as well as sell any relevant merchandise during your presentation. All time allotments are 45 minutes with 15 minutes between for tear down and set up as needed. Please let us know in the special requests how long you need to set up, if you need any tables, chairs, etc. We will have AV systems inside and speakers and a mic outside, please bring anything else you may need. Outside entertainment will be in the sun on cement so plan for that!
