Vendor Addendum
In our efforts to prepare for the upcoming show season and acknowledge the challenges presented by COVID-19, we have been working hard to implement the recommendations provided by our health officials; federal, state and local governments, in addition to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) while utilizing our strategic alliances with marketing partners to communicate with everyone that helps make our shows successful.
As a vendor you are one of the most important members of our team. We are asking that you work together with us to help to produce a high quality event. It takes everyone involved to work together and understand that there will be changes, inconveniences and adaptations that will need to happen. We thank you in advance for your understanding.
The following are a few items that we want to bring to your attention. Please read and initial your agreement of these items.

MOVE IN & MOVE OUT
In our effort to follow social distancing guidelines during move in and out, all vendors will be allocated a specific move in time slot & door location. We will do our best to accommodate your specific needs and limitations of schedule. EPE will work with each vendor’s availability. Time slots will be allocated 1 week prior to set up day. Move out will also have restrictions that will be enforced. Each vendor will be allocated a door to be used based on their specific needs and form of dismantling. Hand carry will be allowed through the front doors. Social distancing guidelines will be strictly enforced. *
CDC REQUIREMENTS
All recommendations provided by our health officials; federal, state and local governments, in addition to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) will be strictly followed. Face coverings are mandatory through all event activities including; move-in, move-out & event hours. Any vendor not wearing face coverings will be asked to leave. *
VENDOR PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS
All vendors & their workers will be required to complete a pre-show screening that includes a questionnaire, temperature scan & agreement to a waiver of liability. Erie Promotions reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone that appears sick or does not comply to entry requirements. *
VENDOR CAPACITY LIMITS
Each vendor booth will be allocated 2 vendor passes. All vendor passes will be scanned on entry and exit to allow for proper attendance counts. The maximum amount of people that you can have working your booth at any one time is 2. *
CLEANING OF YOUR BOOTHS
Show producers and show grounds staff will undertake deep cleaning before, during and after each day of the show to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness.  This includes continuous high-touch surface cleaning throughout the show days.  You will be responsible to clean your booth locations on a regular basis including all high touch points.  All vendors are required to deep clean their booth locations at the end of each show day. *
EXHIBITOR ENTRANCE/EXIT/SMOKING POLICY
An exhibitor’s entrance and exit will be designated for this show. All vendors will be required to use the designated vendor entrance. Vendors that do not use the designated vendor entrance will not be permitted to enter the event. No smoking will be permitted out any event doors. Any vendor wishing to smoke will be asked to use the vendors exit and smoke in the designated area in the front parking lot of the building. *
VENDOR SALES PROCESS
Erie Promotions recommends, but does not require, that each vendor has a cashless transaction process. You will be required to develop a transaction area that allows for social distancing and a safe transaction area. All vendors will be required to clean all high touch points and merchandise throughout the event. Transaction tables that include shield guards are available to rent through EPE. Limited amount are available, see your exhibitors decorating rental list to reserve one. *
Please take the time to review the EPE Health & Safety Manual that is linked on our website. If you would like a copy emailed, please ask. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, attending indoor events is inherently dangerous, even when those events are conducted in an appropriate and proper manner. Attendees & vendors at Erie Promotions events understand and acknowledge that attendance at events may cause COVID-19 and assume the risk associated when attending Erie Promotions events. Erie Promotions shall not be held legally responsible if an attendee or vendor contracts COVID-19 subsequent to attendance at an Erie Promotions event. *
