Awana – exists to help children learn the Bible while having a great time on Wednesday nights!
Baptismal Team – exists to help the pastor and candidates in preparation for the ordinance of baptism.
Benevolence Committee - exists to be aware of the benevolent and charitable needs of the church body and surrounding community, while seeking ways to be of help in meeting those needs.
Bereavement Team – exists to help provide food for families within our church who have experienced a death in their family.
Building and Grounds Committee – exists to ensure the facilities, equipment, and grounds of the church are safe and well maintained, as well as the interior of all buildings are well-kept and maintained at all times.  
Cemetery Team – exists to provide organization and information concerning the care of FBCC cemetery.
Clerk – Keeps records of business proceedings and takes note of historically significant events in the life of the church.
Constitution and Bylaws Committee – helps maintain and keep current our guiding documents.
Counting Team (Tellers) – exists to assist the church in counting and keeping record of tithes and offerings received during regular worship services of the church.
Decorating Team – exists to see that the worship center and grounds are properly decorated during the main celebrations of the year, namely Resurrection Sunday and Christmas.
Finance Committee – exists to lead the church in setting a yearly budget for ministry, to be aware of current spending, and to find effective and efficient means of being good stewards of God’s gifts.
First Impressions – The role of ushers and greeters is of absolute importance as they are often the first face a guest will see in a worship service. They should always have a smile and handshake for everyone, as well as any information that guests may need.
Hospitality / Fellowship Team – exists to help with Wednesday night suppers, and to organize fellowships by making sure supplies are on hand and organizing events and volunteers to serve in the area of hospitality.
Kids Church Team – exists to provide children K5 through 3rd grade with the opportunity to worship the Lord on Sunday mornings, while allowing for their own age appropriate needs to be met.
Kids Sunday School Teacher / Sub – teach, aid, or sub for our kids graded Sunday School classes (K5-First Grade, Second-Third Grade, Fourth-Fifth Grade).
Long Range Planning Committee – works with Building and Grounds Committee to discover and analyze long range church needs and to recommend long range goals to the church.
Men’s Ministry – exists to foster Godly virtues in men while giving them an opportunity to be used by God for ministry within and outside the church.
Missions Ministry - exists to lead the church in mission work and focus our attention upon the goal of mission work both here and around the world.
Multimedia Team – exists to operate sound and projection system during worship services and to keep media organized and in working order.
Music Ministry – exists to help lead others during congregational worship and assist the Music Minister as needed.  Includes choir, praise team, soloist, and instruments.
Nominating Committee – exists to prayerfully help the members of FBCC find where God is calling them to lead and serve in the life of the church.
Nursery / Preschool Ministry – Exists to interact and lead worship with children while parents are in congregational worship.
Outreach - exists to allow the church an opportunity to reach out and share our faith with others while encouraging them to be a part of the local church through faith in Christ.
Personnel Committee – exists to evaluate the staff needs of the church. The team hears reports from staff and assists with concerns they and the church may have concerning personnel.
Prayer Ministry – exists to organize our efforts toward prayer and focus our attention on key issues to be lifted to the Lord.  This ministry involves all who would seek a deeper walk in prayer.
RBA Executive Committee – exists to represent FBCC at meetings of the local association during the year.
Recreation Team – Exists to allow for opportunities for recreation within the church body. Activities may include: softball, flag football, basketball teams.
Senior Adult Ministry – exists to provide a source of interaction and continued growth for seniors while using their skills to minister to others.
Student Ministry Team – exists to connect students with Jesus, help them grow in their relationship with Him, and then send students out to live on mission serving and sharing Jesus as everyday missionaries.
Sunday School Director – exists to organize and lead the Sunday school departments by providing resources and support needed by each teaching team.
Teaching Team (Discipleship or Sunday school) – exists to teach the word of God and help students mature spiritually as they apply the Bible to their everyday lives.
Transportation Team – exists to oversee the use and maintenance of vehicles belonging to the church.
Treasurer – exists to take charge of the church finances and see that all bills are paid in a timely fashion. The church treasurer also seeks to keep the congregation aware of all financial matters of the church.
Ushering Team – exists to welcome the entire congregation, especially guests, directs those needing assistance and distributes information i.e. bulletins, guest information and assists the pastor during the worship service.
Vacation Bible School Team – volunteers are needed to assist with our biggest outreach event of the year. We have a variety of opportunities to serve during VBS week.
WMU (Woman's Missionary Union) – exists to lead the church in mission work and focus our attention upon the goal of mission work both here and around the world.  The four current Women on Mission groups are Lydia, Threads of Love, Veatch and Titus 2.
Women’s Ministry – exists to foster Godly virtues in women while giving an opportunity to be used by God for ministry within and outside the church.
