MissFits Workout has been granted funding to offer a limited number of funded places at This Girl Can Classes in Colchester, Essex during March, April and May 2022. Places will be offered on a first come, first served basis (for those who meet one or more of the criteria of the fund).

Information gathered on this form will be used anonymously and for statistical purposes in feedback to the funders. Your name and personal information will not be shared. You will not be asked for any further information or verification relating to the funding criteria - your self declaration is sufficient.

Once you complete the form, you will be emailed with a unique code and booking instructions to be able to book your preferred This Girl Can Classes. These classes currently take place on Mondays at 7:30pm and Fridays at 9:30am in Hythe area of Colchester. Before you take part, you will be asked to read the MissFits Mandate and complete our contact form which includes some screening questions to check it’s safe for you to take part in our classes.
